I have severe scoliosis and I didn't really notice a huge difference when switching from a normal bed to one and then back again.

The things sag. How the hell is a bed that sags good instead of incredibly bad for the back. I want a good firm mattress.

I have a spring/memory foam hybrid mattress and all really like it. Nice and firm and the top layer of foam makes it very comfortable. I do find the the foam is warmer than sleeping on a normal mattress.

Can sag and feel stuck definitely applies to me, it's terrible. I've never had issue with the heat thing but probably would if I'd slept on it longer.
