Walmart is big enough to survive this. We need to look out for the small businesses. Those generally can not survive being burnt to the ground and looted. Insurance doesn't cover everything.

There is actually food still there. Maybe not enough for the whole community, but it looks like she could get some.

It'll be a good decade or more before Walmart (or Target, or Autozone, or Wendys) bothers to rebuild in an area that looted its store. If they're even insured now (and riots generally aren't), the insurance premiums are going to be exorbitant next time.
