Thats exactly the point, who decides what is stupid? All it takes is a few easily offended people, or someone faking outrage, and you could be in deep shit. We are finally back to what the topic started about.

Take BLM. Many of us just on this board have been called racist simply for criticizing the rioters and some of the protestors tactics. Like refusing to disburse at curfew, setting up Chaz, graffiti all over everything, chanting acab slogans. But to some like those itt, there is no room for nuance, it is all or nothing. You support all of BLM or youre a racist/bad person/ suspect whatever. The crazy part is , the ones screaming about fascism the loudest are doing their damn best to put people 'against the wall' all the time.

Someone made a smartass comment about McCarthyism earlier but they totally missed the real meaning. You all know, McCarthyism was putting suspected communists on blast. No one wanted to be labeled that or have their reputation potentially ruined. McCarthy was famous for being reckless with how he threw that label around and then it was on people to defend themselves from the fallout.

Racism is like the new McCarthyism. Instead of communist, its racist, and this time its even more insidious because its not just Tailgunner Joe and some cronies doing it, its millions of people. You dont like someones opinion? Theyre a racist. They question your view on something like BLM? Racist. Theyre on the right, youre on the left? Theyre racist, and also a bootlicker and a piece of shit. Guilty until proven innocent.

If you open your eyes you can see this literally everywhere. Itt alone, half or more of you on the left will be condeming someone on the right, like Tucker, and you will say racist 2-3 times in one runon sentence. Thats how much power you think it has, or youre that simple. Maybe both. Ive seen it over and over, labels are you guys main weapon and for a lot of you its all you got. Your critical thinking is trash, your posts are boring and sarcastic, theres not much goin on above the shoulders and its obvious. Some of you remind me of Squealer from animal farm.

People decide on an individual basis what they think is stupid or not, and if your opinion is deemed stupid (hint: it is) and it has some negative effect on your life, tough luck. Hold onto your drivel and possibly be teabagged repeatedly as society moves on without you, or you can actually learn from your experiences and be a better person.

So what about legitimate criticisms? Carlson's video seems to want NO criticism, not the "fake outrage" you mention in your first paragraph.
