Isn't there a statue of limitation for this sort of thing? Not defending the guy, but Kesha wasn't able to press charges against her agent or whatever because it happened at least 5 years ago.

Maybe it's a civil case rather than a criminal case?

Cosby's accusations went back a few decades iirc. I don't think there is a limit on rape as long as evidence is still able to be produced.

Pretty sure no criminal were ever even filed. All she did was sue him and lose several court cases.

always thought Francis was pretty hot, especially in the latter season (when he had shorter hair)

See this is what I am wondering, like do they have anything to go off of besides the word of the victims? The main thing I saw in the wikipedia article was that there seems to be some proof that he killed their pets, which is beyond scary.
