aunt had to when her first husband had his cheek bone broken during a bad arrest. they ended up trying to sue the city over police misconduct since the original issue got thrown out, they didn't win the lawsuit though and apparently on the way out of court the cops heckled her family.

No but I had a rookie cop give me a bullshit ticket for riding my bike in the street.
I got a letter about a week later telling me to disregard the ticket and that the officer filled out the ticket wrong so they were throwing it out. --- "He busted in, blessed be the Lord Who believe any mess they read up on a message board" -MF DOOM ... Copied to Clipboard!
