53 y/o Wrinkled Heifer, Kellyanne Conway, the Senior White House Advisor to the Trump Administration is sparking speculation that she had PLASTIC SURGERY and other cosmetic procedures after she appeared this week showing a shocking new "youthful" look and wrinkled free facial.

She appeared on Fox News and viewers couldn't help but notice she looked different with a new wrinkle free face and hairdo

Conway looked more made up than usual with glossy lips and face contouring as people noticed the skin around her eyes and forehead appeared smoother

Social media however said no amount of makeup could dramatically change someone's skin as people wondered what happened to the ghoul.
