French Toast is made with brioche bread dipped in a custard made with cinnamon, sugar, vanilla, milk and eggs, toasted in a pan and dusted with icing sugar and with maple syrup on top.

Eggs Florentine is basically eggs benedict but with spinach instead of the ham. It has two toasted english muffins, with spinach, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.

Menemen is a turkish dish, like shakshuka. It consists of eggs cooked with tomato and peppers, topped with feta cheese with a side of turkish bread for dipping.

Hash Brown Baked Eggs consist of shredded potatoes and onion layered in a pan to fry, and eggs cracked on it, placed in the oven to bake and have maple bacon on the side.

The Omlette has spinach, mushrooms, cheese and onion, with a side of sausages.

French Toast is the holy grail of breakfasts. Any time you get good French Toast, if you listen closely, you can hear the choir of angels singing in the background.

That hash for sure. I made a potato and yam hash with sauteed onions, Italian seasoning, cinnamon, shredded chicken and steak, garlic, with whole wheat toast on the side the other day. It was fucking delicious.
