Jynx came to me about 3 years ago when my neighbors were going to take him to the humaine society because for whatever reason he couldnt go with them to their new house. At first he was malnourished becuse these people were horrible pet owners and just fed him cheap tuna (like for humans). We got him on some good food and he was doing great. He is very needy and acted out when he was bad by pooping on the couch which was very annoying. I took him to the vet in april because he was losing weight (and already very small) even though he was eating. They said hes anemic and they dont know why hes losing weight without further very expensive tests. Then he developed this sick skin condition about a couple weeks ago, so back to the vet, and i got him a cream which didnt really work. Then back to the vet again for them to give him an antibiotic shot. Through all these vet trips hes losing A LOT of weight. This morning he ate normally but around lunch started barfing all over the place, like water barf, and hes got a poo stuck in his butt like its all impacted. Hes all lathargic and just laying on his cat tree. All of this vet stuff has costed around $800. And they say with the weight loss theres nothing they can really do. Also his intestines are hardening they say. Until now though this hes been happy so i didnt think about it, but now hes not happy. I've been working hard to suppress my kitten's last day because it was a rough one, and that's not how I want to remember her.
