Netflix is obviously professional, high budget content... although it mostly pulls from tv and no streaming platform (save maybe D+) is really in a position to replace formal tv in any real regard. Youtube is a mix of pirated content, vlogs (which are very social media), reaction videos (again, social), etc, with relatively limited serious content and virtually no quality/reasonable budget content (although there are a few channels that I have surprised me). And obviously Twitch generally shies away from traditional content, quality/reasonable budget content, etc. A lot of its streaming (as is true of other sites) is people talking into a camera and asking for Patreon contributions. Granted, at the same time you could try to argue that social media is replacing traditional entertainment and is thus entertainment in its own right.
