Now one of my co-workers (who was furloughed during that time) is back, and she is demanding to work from home if others get to. Problem is she is the laziest person and everyone knows it, so now the bosses aren't letting anyone work from home "to keep things fair." And yes, this person does know folks high up in the company which is how she doesn't get fired to begin with. I'm guessing I don't have any recourse here.
