It is funny, when things go the cop way what it does 90% of the time even when they are 100% wrong. They talk about how the system is great. but when the system comes down on them just a little bit they cry bloody murdered .

Ive already responded in a different post. You can def use it still lethally by drive stunning. Also, theres 100 percent guarantee to know if the taser is empty in that amount of time. Plus the DA said it was deadly two weeks ago

and Ive never had a complaint against me except the time my partner lost my arrestees ID. Which got dropped to nothing because my partner ended up finding it in his car

And again, the noted distinction renders the prior statement non-probative. Different circumstances, different use, different conclusion to draw. This alleged inconsistency is not actually inconsistent.
