The judge is threatening a gag order on anybody who attended as Chauvin is charged with 3 counts of second degree, 3rd degree and second degree manslaughter as the other 3 are charged with aiding and abetting The judge is urging all attorneys to be silent during this hearing as the issue where to hold the officers trials has not yet been determined as Benjamin Crump, the attorney for George Floyd's family was singled out in particular for leaking details Chauvin was the first to appear and only accused who was there by video as he spoke clearly but barely visible and raised no objections to his trial date set at March 8 2021 but could demand a trial within 60 days There was nobody in support of Chauvin during the proceedings compard to Thao , Keung and Lane whose family and friends appeared in court Family mmebers of those officers came and went who stood silent and showed no emotion The trial will be one of the most closely watched in history as protesters are demanding justice for George Floyd and has led to worldwide protests over black lives.
