In my opinion, religion should be kept to people's private lives. If people want to waste their Sunday mornings in a church, then that's up to them. But religion should be kept the fuck out of the education system and the government. Send everyone to public schools. If parents want to force additional religious education down their children's throats, then they can send them to sunday school or something.

This article has an anti-Christian bias, but what reason is there to assume this doesn't apply to all religious schools? I don't think there is one, at all.

I'm sure there are fundamentalist schools of all religions that exist, and I would be worried about those getting funded. But again, this goes back to the "[a state that funds private schools] cannot disqualify some private schools solely because they are religious" line. If a school really exists to indoctrinate rather than to provide a standard education with a religious influence, that is grounds for a state to not fund the school.

Taxpayers should not be subsidizing any private schools anyway - but if we're handing out "school choice" vouchers for some reason, it serves no useful purpose to then limit that choice.

This is just a plain out and out lie. The entire reason that California no longer has the right to open carry is due entirely to organized black groups (primarily the Black Panthers) carrying firearms.

The fact that you're using Catholic schools in your argument of how religious schools are just indoctrination centers doesn't really help your argument. Catholicism is known for strongly advocating education, especially specific orders like the Jesuits.

Most religious schools are just regular schools with religion classes.
