Like I understand sometimes discovery in medicine or food can happen by accident but who in the first place would think of mixing coca leaves with cement, fuel & sulfuric acid and then consuming the end product? --- "Average Joe" is a trolling term since it's completely an opinion. I doubt the manufacturers of illicit drugs are overly concerned about the provenances of the substances they use when refining product.
