It's hard to see in that video because the resolution is shit and he has it particularly bad on his back. But yeah, acne is a huge handicap. I would know as I went through some rough acne in middle school and my self esteem was total shit. It's pretty hard to view yourself as fuckable when you look in the mirror and your face has a bunch of piss offed bumps on it.
