He could have minded his own business instead of trying to police everyone and make sure their dog is leashed. He had an obnoxious, bleating lisping voice too, take away the race part and lots of people would say he deserved to he told to fuck off.

1) He was trying to observe birds, which is hard when unleashed dogs like hers are running around the park. Why should he have to accommodate her when she's breaking the rules?
2) Who are the "lots of people" saying he should have been told to fuck off?
3) I don't think his voice is annoying, but for the sake of argument let's say he had a different tone/speech - would that make her punishment more OK in your eyes?

In the two examples you cite, the Asian girl and black family weren't interfering with other people - here the guy is trying to bird watch, which is hard when unleashed dogs are running around in the park/brush. Why should he accommodate her breaking the rule at the cost of her hobby?

She put those defenseless birds in jeopardy then try to murder the man coming to their defense. She deserves the jail time she's getting

It's the same shit because not only are those just a few examples, it's someone citing rules, when authorities are supposed to deal with that. You call 311 in NYC for stuff like this and then the authorities deal with it.

As a black guy in NYC, I would never confront a white woman, especially nowadays. It's extremely dangerous.

My friend and his girl almost got shot because of confronting someone. My friend's girl got pissed one night because her neighbor didn't hold open the door. She got mad and started bitching out the neighbor through her window. The neighbor called her BF and his friends, who pulled up with guns and a fight broke out.

I don't live in fear of someone murdering me if I asked them a question, especially if they're in the wrong. If you are not Man or Woman enough to fully exercise your God given rights then in many ways you don't deserve to keep them.

If I see something really fucked up, I'll notify the authorities. I don't know, it's how everybody around me has been. By any means necessary, don't open up situations where you fuck yourself.

I understand it. My main thing is as far as governance we should live in a society that ensures fairness.
