I've been interested, I used to love sandboxes and have been looking for something to throw time in to.

I've been interested, I used to love sandboxes and have been looking for something to throw time in to. Ehh you get used to the jankiness, especially on PC. And solo isnt bad per say, if you like the PVE aspects and dont mind having to do everything yourself. Half the fun though is in PVP, and PVP comes with its own frustrations. In general if youre not in a tribe and you dont at least have stone structures, then youre pretty much always going to get raided. Stone can still be broken easily but it takes more resources than most mid level tribes will want to bother with unless theyre out for blood. Metal is better, but itll be tough to get up to metal without being raided a couple times. And dont get me started with tribe politics. If you develop a taste for raiding, even if you stick to just knocking over bambi bases and tribes, then tribal politics might kick in with big tribes throwing a hissy fit over their satellite bambis being raided.
