Not a devout Bob Dylan, so I haven't listened to all of his albums with a fine-tuned ear and an attentive mind, but I really liked the blues rock-esque songs off Highway 61 Revisited.

It's a toughie, but I like Nashville Skyline a lot. Before the Flood is quite good, too.

Bringing It All Back Home is my favorite. Freewheelin', Highway 61 Revisited, Blonde On Blonde and Blood On The Tracks are all excellent and worth checking out as well.
