Oh damn. :((For what it's worth, I found the show much more enjoyable post-season 1 (though season 1 was definitely good). Season 1 toys with the whole 'freak of the week' idea with a detective-type character investigating each episode. I was under the impression it was gonna follow that formula for the entire run of the series but it actually gets a lot more ambitious than that. I totally understand why people have issues with the show but overall I loved it. Just don't think about it too hard because I have zero doubt a lot of it makes no sense if you delve too far into the details.
