What are your graphics set to because I used to have a GTX 960 with an i7-4400k and could push high on OW but medium/low everywhere else. With that said, I just checked SFV and I can play it just fine at 1080p medium. I haven't tried other graphics settings on my laptop. --- I'm here! I'm furry!
