i am in my mid-30s and i feel no less young than when i was 20. i am sure this will end someday, or at least it will end if i do not take advantage of the coming advances in anti-aging, but i do not expect that day to come for decades, at least three.

Uh 30 is absolutely young in a life with an expectancy of 80+ years.

I wonder how many of the people saying 30 is old also say "man they died so young" when someone in their 50s or 60s passes away.

18-25 is young to me even though I'm only in my early 30s.

although i continue to feel and work (as measured e.g. by exercise, sleep quality, etc.) as if i were young i noticed at 34 that i was beginning to look at people i know or i have seen in older photographs, shows and movies, and think, "whoa, he looked so young then"

Depends on the person.

Ive felt old on a certain level since i was 15 and that was over 20 years ago. Physically im in as good shape now was i was in my teens.
