It's doubtful he has a massive campaign chest, although iirc his spend in 2016 was also relatively low. Out of everybody running in the 2016 primaries, his campaign chest was tiny compared to some of the other candidates. And even during the general election, he had raised about half of what Hillary did... and won anyway. If anything, it kinda shows that money can't buy elections.

Yeah I doubt that Trump himself actually wrote this. But literally everything about it is so awful and was clearly formatted by someone that doesn't speak English, that it makes me wonder if he actually did write this or had some part in it.

A quick search on the address makes me think this is legit. I found a fundraising website that is endorsed by the Trump campaign that uses the same name and is based in Virginia.
