Doesn't matter if it's Disney world or just outside in their neighborhood. Low level employees can risk death to earn money from the masses but nobody who makes money in the company will have to risk coming in. Like their crowd levels are very low and thus very manageable. I'd suggest you go and watch some YouTube videos. There are tons of videos of people while they're at the parks and showing what it is like. Basically there's a ton of hand sanitizer and hand washing stations everywhere and no shortage of social distancing markers. They have employees everywhere wiping down high touch surfaces. Some rides are wiped down each time while others are more periodic. At the Universal Theme Parks they require that each person wipe their hands down with hand sanitizer immediately before and immediately after riding any ride. They also do periodically wipe down the rides too. The parks are actually doing a fairly good job operating within the guidelines. They've made TONS of changes. It's just that going to a theme park is one of the least necessary things you could do.
