Didn't watch TROS. Can't see any reason to be interested in the franchise any more after TLJ.

So I guess TROS. After all, vague unconfirmed disappointment is better than absolute disgust.

Somewhat ironically, it was that air of 'eh, fuck it' in some of the writing and delivery that actually made TRoS kinda fun to watch, especially since I went into it expecting a massive train wreck.

I still picked Last Jedi though.

Mostly people mad because George Lucas never thought of doing a lightspeed ram and somehow this is Rian Johnson's fault.

Now the movie did have other problems, like being mostly filler and disproving its own point, but the main internet complaint is that it did something new, which is clearly unacceptable.

It's funny you mention that because AotC's structure was possibly its least problematic aspect. TLJ had way worse structure problems.

but tlj felt like it tried harder to be something and it was really shitty
tros just felt like a lazy whimper and it knew it so like whatever

I dislike some of the directions in TLJ, but TROS is just the laziest piece of shit ever for such a high profile movie. Enjoyable on its own? A bit. As the closure to a trilogy? The worst SW movie.
