It's going to be made by Playground Games who make what is in my opinion the best racing games. Definitely the best open world racing games.
They're also British so they should still have that charm about them. Relient_K posted... I liked all 3 fables. Didn't know another had been announced. It was mainly the first game really. The biggest one was dynamic character changes. Things like not eating was suppose to make you atrophy, being in the sun causing tan, and scars appearing where you got hit instead of randomly.
