I told my wife if I ever start balding, I 100% will buy a nice anime wig or something and wear that forever.

I do NOT like the bald look. My hair is part of my identity. I couldn't deal with balding, or shaving it all.

if you are losing your hair, you must decide if you care about your hair or not. if you dont, then shave it off.

if you do, talk to your doctor about the benefits/side affects of finasteride. lotsof people maintain their hair that way. i dont recommend rogaine/minoxodil as your first line of defense, unless finasteride does not give you the results you want.

I still have an Afro but dry scalp has been causing hair loss in some areas. Doing my best to fight it. The hair is slowly growing back.

Theres truth to that. Dihydrotestosterone (a by product of trestosterone) is a huge factor in male hair loss. Guys with higher test levels also have high dht levels.

Guys with more testosterone also grow facial hair better.

Guys at my job pick on me because I have beautiful hair.

Always harping at me to get a haircut.

The thing is that they are showing balding and they keep their heads shaved.

Some I've seen peach fuzz on the bald spots and tried to explain that there are methods to save their hair with proper medical treatments.

It just goes over their bald heads.

But don't give me a hard time because I like to have beautiful hair.
