He really should dm a mod and ask them to delete this topic for him. Having something like this in a savable format is not something that should exist. While it's likely nobody will make the connection, it seems like an unnecessary risk to admit to something that could potentially get oneself into legal trouble.

Because people of your political spectrum say that being drunk means you cannot give consent even if you do so, whether blacked out or not.

Also, people immediately jumping to the girl binge drank a bottle of vodka are interesting. All we have is an unreliable witness (you are unreliable in your own defense obviously as you have motive to lie) and a claim that an empty bottle was on a table with a glass that had vodka in it.

There is nothing to suggest she chugged a bottle of vodka.

That said, I hope you realize why the law doesn't back the political spectrum idea in regards to that.

Final update: so I finally left a couple hours ago we both fell asleep on her couch. As far as her memory, it seems the only thing she couldn't recall was how long she slept (she thought it was only half an hour, it was around 4 hours).

She asked me to come back next week and I told her I'd have to check my work schedule. Probably against my better judgement here but she really really didn't want me to leave last night and she told me she never drinks like that.

Also all the anime references are pretty funny because she's weeb as hell and can speak fluent Japanese. There was figurines everywhere and manga on her book case.

To give the full graphic version of it, she said "please lick my kitty again" while pushing my head back down. While I was down there, she grabbed at my beard and hair, kept moaning and saying "oh daddy." However after a while the grabbing and oh daddy stopped and I asked her if she wanted me to continue and she shook her head yes but said nothing. I come to gamefaqs for entertainment and much of b8 has grown stale.
Not only is it a flash from the past, but it also delivered with responses.

This topic is Seinfeld. There's no point to be learned. No reason to be had. It's a series of events that happened that I was describing as they happened.
