Since he technically touched the cop when the cop attacked him they will probably use that as excuse for "assault". A guy once got beat up by cops and some of his blood landed on the cops uniform. And they called that assualt

So dumb . Just listening to both parties. They don't seem too bright.

What really happened was he dangled a donut in front of the cops faces. They laughed for whatever reason. Once he did it to someone who told him to stop it was harassment. And the cop shoved him away and charged him with assault. When what the cop did was assault. Both parties really. you reap what you sow. They should have told him to leave which they did and if he didn't arrest him.

It's just stupidity all the way around. You dangle a donut in someone's face who doesn't like that i don't kow what you expect. And then the kid recording it like i got you. People are pretty dumb.

I don't always agree with cops but really you do that y ou deserve to be knocked out. Most people would just leave and not even bother. He was looking for trouble and he got it.

He also wasn't assaulted. He was pushed away from the guy who didn't want a donut in his face. Could have been handled better but honestly when dealing with people like that a lot of cops have just gotten to the point where it's not worth it. He was looking for trouble and was going to be a that regardless.

I agree the cops were dumb. IT wasn't assault. It was harassment. Seriously even if that dude swatted the donut away the kid would have been crying.

The donut was really the only thing worth saving there. It's a delicious treat.
