Seriously. I had to wear a mask for maybe 2 minutes to use a shop, and i damn near had a panic attack. My hands are still fucking shaking.

What kind of mask are you using?

Some masks are lighter than others. Don't start off with the heavy duty ones if they make you feel like you can't breathe.
