Well the balance showed for my one with my bank was 100% equal to the balance. And i paid about 150 extra onto my Mastercard. (Balance was 11xx.xx and paid 1300. So both should be good.
I was going for current balance (what it shows on the account info) not billed (statement) balance which will be whatever is mailed out each month.

It's probably fine but keep an eye out. I ended up getting a nonpayment mark on one of my cards due to a 80 cent interest I got after the fact

Both cards have autopayments coming off them, so i have to keep an eye on balances anyways

Until recently I made the minimum payment on a car loan since the Interest was so low that my money was better off going to investments

But seriously, no there isnt even one in my town anymore. It shut down like 15 years ago now or something cause no one ever went there.

The worst I ever got was $1000. That was with a reliable source of income though so I wouldn't really call mine debt.
