One meal a day. I was doing it from January-June pretty regularly. Then I started doing it only Monday-Friday during the week, and eating whenever on weekends.

And now its basically stopped entirely and my stomach constantly doesnt feel great. Damn it.

Because I was sitting at home bored constantly during quarantine, so I was like well if I stop, I can spend more time cooking and learning different recipes so Id make breakfasts and lunches and shit.

Plus I just like food. But I 100% feel better when Im doing OMAD.

Pretty easy to really mess up your weekly goal by cheating 2/7 days

Like if you eat -500 tdee * 5 = -2500

But binge +800 tdee *2 = +1600

At -900 for the week you'll lose around 1lb per MONTH

If you don't cheat you'll lose 1lb per WEEK

Yeah I realized intermittent fasting def doesnt work only doing it 5 times a week haha. I was an idiot. Was seeing weekends as a reward to push and get to so I could go and have a nice breakfast on weekends.

but you right. Definitely ruins the entire week. That was dumb. Gonna go full OMAD starting tomorrow.

I've been doing 40 hour fasts and it's been way easier to manage what I eat than when i was doing OMAD or the 16 hour fasting. I've lost 25ish lbs in less than 2 months. I recommend trying it out if you can.

40?!? hot damn. Whats that schedule look like? After you eat, do you go straight back into another 40 hour fast?

Basically 40 hours on, 8 hours off, repeat. So I eat from 12 to 8 today for instance then fast for 40 hours until I eat again. It's actually a lot easier than it sounds and more manageable for me.

Eating one meal a day, or doing something extreme like the military diet, just made me miserable. I'm still watching what I eat when i do eat but I'm not eating like a bird anymore. Plus I'm seeing more progress in a shorter amount of time than I have with any of those other diets. I highly recommend but whatever you do don't give up

Nutrisystem is fast weight loss, especially if you leave out the veggies and smart carbs. Just eat the meals and you can lose .8 lbs per day. Supplement with vitamins and a good amount of water and mild exercise.

The goal isnt weight loss, its just to feel better. Id never eat that nutrisystem crap. Im perfectly capable of cooking good meals myself, and its way cheaper than those meal systems.

damn. Dunno if Id be successful doing that. 40 hours is a long ass time. Maybe Ill test it out after getting used to the OMAD schedule again.
