Nope. I was, then I fucked up my back and hip and it started going downhill. During the pandemic I've been drinking like a fool and made it much worse. Just started going back to the gym now that it's open without shitty hours, gotta long road to get back.

I haven't either. I used to walk 30 minutes a day as well as lift 5 days a week, as well as run 2 or 3 days a week. But the last few months have been hell on me and I think I'm depressed lol. So haven't walked in a while and I'm down to lifting 4 days a week.

Hoping to get fully back into it next Thursday

Thats in shape afaic.

being in shape is about health and physical ability not being thin. I mean theres some correlation but look at someone like mark hunt. He was in way tf better shape than most people and he didnt have a particularly athletic build. Lol

I'm about 40-50 pounds overweight. It's kind of funny, because I'm pretty active on a daily basis. I work a full time job on my feet, where I walk several miles worth every day. But on the flip side, I don't eat very healthy at all, and drink way too much soda (though I've tried to switch to diet over the past year. Still bad, I know, but better than regular soda intake).

So I'm kind of in this vicious cycle where I don't gain or lose anything.

That's definitely more than what I do right now. I stopped going out much cuz of corona and nobody at parks and trails wearing a freaking mask. So I've been doing exercises at home (obvs no gym either, and I don't own heavy weights, just 20-25 pounds for general exercise), which compounded has probably played a role in me getting out of shape. I'm hoping to go on trails soon, but I'm aiming for a time with the least amount of people, which is not easy either
