Nope. I was, then I fucked up my back and hip and it started going downhill. During the pandemic I've been drinking like a fool and made it much worse. Just started going back to the gym now that it's open without shitty hours, gotta long road to get back.

I work out every two days mostly cuz I've not had much energy lately. I wouldn't say I'm out of shape, but I wouldn't say I'm in shape either lol

Thats in shape afaic. being in shape is about health and physical ability not being thin. I mean theres some correlation but look at someone like mark hunt. He was in way tf better shape than most people and he didnt have a particularly athletic build. I'm about 40-50 pounds overweight. It's kind of funny, because I'm pretty active on a daily basis. I work a full time job on my feet, where I walk several miles worth every day. But on the flip side, I don't eat very healthy at all, and drink way too much soda (though I've tried to switch to diet over the past year. Still bad, I know, but better than regular soda intake).

I stopped going out much cuz of corona and nobody at parks and trails wearing a freaking mask. So I've been doing exercises at home (obvs no gym either, and I don't own heavy weights, just 20-25 pounds for general exercise), which compounded has probably played a role in me getting out of shape.
