i think it does because all but one President has been white and he was half white.
99% of history is old white guys and most Hollywood is white cishet males.

There is a bias against the truth here. An old saying goes that if you arent allowed to critique those than you know they are in power.

Cis and Trans are related but opposite terms. Trans gendered people identify as a gender other than the one they were assigned at birth. Cis gendered people identify as the same gender they were assigned at birth. The prefix cis isn't made up for this use, it's been used historically in chemistry and genetics, for example.

It's a useful term when making specific and accurate statements about gender (often in academic context) without using ambiguous or loaded language.

I don't think anything is inherently wrong with it, but it can have negative consequences for the most vulnerable people in a community under certain circumstances. If alternative affordable housing options are unavailable, and economic mobility is low, then the end result is to increase the cost of living for those least able to afford it.

If affordable housing remains available, then gentrification can have positive outcomes for low income earners by bringing additional demand for service jobs, increasing tax revenue for better public services, etc.

My massively SJW cousin says that gentrification specifically refers to malicious urban planning, since the penalties to the local poor can be easily reduced with forethought.

That doesn't mean there aren't any privileges - just that being white isn't one. Wealth, attractiveness, etc - these are traits that have different privileges. Race doesn't play a large role.

Donald Trump among many is a prime example of WMP. Here's a guy who for all intents and purposes, Trump hasn't achieved his wealth on all his own. He's used his daddy's influence and money and other people's money to dabble in real estate and he's had cushy tax deals negotiated by his father to avoid paying property taxes on properties he owns in NYC.

He has, since becoming president, extorted hundreds of millions of dollars from US Taxpayers and none of them utter a word about it. He's played more golf in one year in office than Obama did in his first four yet he never gets criticized for that.

Other forms of WP would be interaction with LEO in that LEOs will treat White people far differently than do non-Whites. Here's a prime example of that so about 3 years ago I'm at a local mall and I see a White guy attempting to break into a car. He said he locked his keys in by mistake so probably 5 minutes pass and a cop patrolling the parking lot pulls up asks what the problem is and without even verifying whether the car belonged to the guy, the cop starts assisting with the break-in. Now if that guy were Black, I doubt if the cop would have acted in the same manner.

So WP comes in many forms with some being wealth and some being perks.

What you described has nothing to do with being white and everything to do with being wealthy and recognizable within his community.
