It's the overall consensus that part 1 was better so don't expect too much, part 2 still has its moments though

I hate a lot of endings to arcs but overall i like Shippuden a great deal more than the first series myself. Especially the first half. Hidan and Kakuzu were great and was nice that it wasnt going to be a clean sweep for the protags. Hope you enjoy the fights.
