It's just the recipe from the back of the chocolate chip bag. I'm making dark/white chocolate chip combo cookies with some extra salt for flavor.

Don't bake them for too long or they are very hard. I can't stand when it's too crunchy.

I form them into balls, then split them open to make them all craggly. They stand a bit taller that way.

also I chill the dough before cooking, so that helps.

next time try it with 1/2 cup of ground oatmeal or just buy oat flower.

You can use a food processor to make oat flour out of oatmeal you have. Not too bad as well.
