Couple weeks of owning a PC and the sales are...ok. Skyrim is still pretty expensive for some reason. Waiting for a bunch of games to get cheap. I check CAG and have gotten some good things here and there but nothing CUHRAZY.

The sales used to mean a lot more back in the day. Now the system is in a state of perpetual sales, and they've stopped trying.

it's not what it used to be. They used to have Daily Deal where something was super duper double discounted. And companies just dont seem as discount crazy as they once seemed to be.
But you know, if it's a single player game, you can always acquire it for free --- This signature won't be changed until at least one out of Astrograph Sorcerer, Double-Iris Magician, Performapal Monkeyboard or Electrumite is unbanned. 2/15/20 ... Copied to Clipboard!

yeah youre like um, at least 5 years too late.
steam had winter sales with flash sales for even more discounted. the flash sales were kinda hourly then were available longer with limited time. thats why steam sales were often mentioned everywhere you go by like 2017ish some say there were games prices that would rise a little bit to offset the discounts. i try to get games under $10 so i wasnt checking. the sales i watch for these days are on epic and origin. steam emails me for my wishlist on sale. never as it was when steam flash sales were a thing. --- You don't stop playing because you grow old, You grow old because you stop playing ... Yup, as others have said the big Steam sales are a shadow of their former self. You can still get good deals, but nothing like the old flash sales. I'm honestly never hyped about the big sales anymore. It doesn't help that I have more games than I can play now too, though.

Same here tc, started pc gaming a few months ago, and all I see is a shit ton of indie games for sale with a big game here n there.
Been getting the free epic games here and there. Only bought blops 3 for custom maps and ass creed odyssey so far. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Steam is terrible. Humble bundle gamersgate GreenManGaming and Gog often are wayyyyyy better. Macgames sometimes has really good deals
