1/5. I still have my job and its much better than before since there are less people now, but this whole situation sometimes really stresses me out.

Not at all. No family has died, job is fine, I'm fine, kids are fine.

COVID is still a huge concern and should not be fucked with.

As a serious introvert who lives by himself with his cat, and basically goes nowhere except work and the grocery store, not too bad.

but I understand why it frustrates a lot of extroverts, big families and normies. That definitely makes me feel sad.

also Im definitely heartbroken with the anxiety of seeing the crippling of the economy and small businesses, plus the mishandling of the virus in general by my country.

but again this topic is apparently just about me so my life hasnt changed much

I haven't worked the whole pandemic, but I am in a fortunate enough position that I have had stable housing and food. I've enjoyed all the extra time I've had to read and play video games. Still looking for jobs, but trying to find something online. I have a teaching certificate to teach English as a second/foreign language, so I've been looking for online teaching opportunities doing that, but I guess a lot of people have been trying that during the pandemic so it's difficult to get a foot in the door despite my experience teaching. The United States poor response to this also postponed me moving to Japan where I had a job lined up, so that's disappointing. So on a personal level it's impacted me a bit. I'm more bothered by how this country as a whole has responded to it.

I wouldn't consider a lack of drinking establishments a large enough problem to move the needle from zero to 1.

1/5. I can do everything I normally do only I have to wear a mask in shops and public transport. I also miss my niece and nephews. Once it calms down a bit more I'll see them again.

I can't play Warhammer at the store anymore, and most of the restaurants I go to are takeout only, but everything else is pretty much the same.

My cousin died from it, and that was awful, but I hadn't been in touch with him in a while, ok?

Other than that, we've just had to stay home all the time, and I have very limited (real life) contact with my friends, ok?

So I guess about 3/5, ok?

Honestly, the unemployment boost has been great for me, and I'm fine with locking down until this shit blows over. I don't know anyone who's died yet (i'm not really in contact with many people). Overall this has been a net positive for me.

Everything sucks these days. Everything. These stupid lockdowns need to end. Either they've succeeded or they've failed, but they're not doing any more good right now. And if we actually thought that they made a difference, we wouldn't have been so keen on having mobs march through the streets. Re-open everything and ask that people wear masks to make everybody feel like something is being done even though the masks don't seem to have much impact.

3/5, I broke up with my gf but in hindsight it was gonna happen anyway, all of my travel plans went to shit and because of the Rona, my mom's business got into more debt which will likely be my burden. Could have been much worse but nobody I know died, I'm doing fine at work and mentally nothing happened to me

Mildly effected, I guess?

I'm working more than ever, and making more money than ever because of it.
Turns out when no one can leave their homes they rely on UPS a little more heavily.

3/5. no in-person classes in university extension, so I'm out of work until Spring. I do car repair on the side, and that has picked up. Shopping is a pain, no going out to eat, swimming pools closed, golf courses limited. I'm far past ready for this to be over.

My wife and I are both teachers, so we still have jobs. We're starting the school year virtually but still stressed out because, while safer, the kids aren't going to be learning as well.

My wife was originally planning on changing careers to become a data analyst, however the program she attended finished right when covid started so she couldn't find a new job...like I said though, she still has her teacher job so that's good for us.

I'm usually introverted by nature but going on five months of mostly staying at home I'm starting to get stir crazy. Thankfully no one we know has died from it.

2/5. I work less hours, but somehow have to be more productive than ever. I am the person who delivers groceries to my grandparents at their retirement home on a regular basis, since they are still on lockdown. I work nights, so i normally grocery shopped at some 24hr stores around 2 AM. Most 24hr stores close at 10 PM now, making it difficult to do my shopping.

I guess the only good thing that happened was lockdown inspired a bunch of my friends to start a d&d campaign.

1/5
Very few changes. I live in the middle of nowhere on top of a mountain so I can still do all my outdoorsy stuff easily with no restrictions. I care for my elderly mother so Covid has prevented my for hire caretaker from her visits. No date night with my husband and I only do the online shopping and grocery pickup. We are going to to the remote schooling next month so we will see how that goes. But, as far as day to day living it hasn't changed a whole lot. I do know people who are hospitalized with it now and 2 who have died so I am taking it seriously.

Not much. Aside from wearing a mask my day-to-day schedule is unchanged. I still work in the same manner and do the same hobbies. I do attend fewer public gatherings now but that hasn't been a real hardship.

My moms friend works at a post office location where a woman came into work sick when her husband tested positive, then later she did. The postmaster of that location travels between that one and another. Its possible that one person infected two towns and no one has said anything that we know of.

I'd say around 3/5

Been out of work since March, barely get to see my grandma because she's in assisted living, haven't been able to see one of my best friends since the beginning of the year, my sister is a nurse and on the front lines so I worry about her or my nephews getting it or bringing it over here too
