Many times. I had two hernias and 5 cancer related surgeries in a span of just over a year. Nothing to it, really. Just be sure to drink a ton of water in the following days and get yourself a stool softener.

Really? It causes constipation? I wish they told me that, no wonder my terms have been hard as granate the past 2 days.

Lol...same thing happened to me a few weeks back. Was very anxious, but around a minute or so after they started the anesthesia I was knocked out. I also had my eyes closed so I cant even say the precise moment I lost consciousness.

I remember it not being like sleep. In sleep, even if you don't remember your dreams, you can have some sense of time passing.

When I was put under, I don't remember even existing. Just lost consciousness, then almost instantly I woke up after the surgery.

You count back from 10, out at 7, then next thing you know you're in a wheelchair and being rolled out by a hot receptionist/nurse

I was put under general anesthesia for an eye surgery when I was a kid. I distinctly remember a cold feeling that kind of crawled up my arm from the IV site until it got to about my shoulder, and then I don't remember anything else after that point until I woke up after the surgery was done.

I remember telling the anesthesiologist that I'd last longer than 5 seconds, shit as soon as they put that stuff in my IV I was out, woke up in the recovery room. I haven't slept that good since I was a fetus, no memory whatsoever. I just woke up Rick Grimes in the bed wondering wtf happened.

The fact that Michael Jackson needed Propofol to fall asleep is crazy.

I got asked to count back from 10 while they put a mask over me. Was out by 6 I think. Woke up maybe 20 minutes later (didn't feel any different to a normal nap), no issues at all.

Been put under twice. Once was to have 5 wisdom teeth extracted and 4 of them were impacted.

I remember "waking up" about an hour after the surgery passing a Sheetz and telling my driver "nah i'm good, I can't eat for a while."

Second time was for an upper GI scope and that one I was "back" quicker. Different anesthesia I guess. I still couldn't drive for that one but I knew what I was doing maybe 20 minutes after the procedure.

It's a weird thing, they told me I'd feel start feeling tired but I didn't feel anything and then in an instant I was waking up in the hospital bed.
