Many times. I had two hernias and 5 cancer related surgeries in a span of just over a year. Nothing to it, really. Just be sure to drink a ton of water in the following days and get yourself a stool softener.

Lol...same thing happened to me a few weeks back. Was very anxious, but around a minute or so after they started the anesthesia I was knocked out. I also had my eyes closed so I cant even say the precise moment I lost consciousness.

I remember it not being like sleep. In sleep, even if you don't remember your dreams, you can have some sense of time passing.
When I was put under, I don't remember even existing. Just lost consciousness, then almost instantly I woke up after the surgery. --- There is no "would of", "should of" or "could of". There is "would've", "should've" and "could've". ... Copied to Clipboard!

I was put under general anesthesia for an eye surgery when I was a kid. I distinctly remember a cold feeling that kind of crawled up my arm from the IV site until it got to about my shoulder, and then I don't remember anything else after that point until I woke up after the surgery was done.

I remember telling the anesthesiologist that I'd last longer than 5 seconds, shit as soon as they put that stuff in my IV I was out, woke up in the recovery room. I haven't slept that good since I was a fetus, no memory whatsoever. I just woke up Rick Grimes in the bed wondering wtf happened.

I got asked to count back from 10 while they put a mask over me. Was out by 6 I think. Woke up maybe 20 minutes later (didn't feel any different to a normal nap), no issues at all.

Been put under twice. Once was to have 5 wisdom teeth extracted and 4 of them were impacted.
I remember "waking up" about an hour after the surgery passing a Sheetz and telling my driver "nah i'm good, I can't eat for a while." Second time was for an upper GI scope and that one I was "back" quicker. Different anesthesia I guess. I still couldn't drive for that one but I knew what I was doing maybe 20 minutes after the procedure. --- "I also advised their executives through e-mail that further behavior could result in a cyber attack[...]" https://imgur.com/cSxy3Od ...
