Harris was born in Oakland, California on October 20, 1964, to an Indian citizen mother and a Jamaican citizen father. Thus, Harris is a native-born American citizen

So she qualifies.

Its almost guaranteed to go immediately to the Supreme Court and one can almost promise for simplicity they're going to rule in favor of Harris since she was quite literally born in Oakland.

The only argument one might make is if her parents were in America illegally but even then I'm pretty sure courts have ruled for citizenship for the children of illegal immigrants

Judges disagree all the time. It's why we have an appeals system.

Also just because the court has a conservative lean doesn't mean they're going to vote along some perceived ideological and political line.

Also I believe it was Gorsuch that I heard was a textualist (as in goes by the exact wording of the text of the law) and if it was split in party lines, he'd be the flip vote to confirm her.

U.S. Senator Kamala Harris is NOT a natural born Citizen of the United States to constitutional standards since both of her parents were foreign nationals who were NOT U.S. citizens when Senator Harris was born in the USA. She is missing two legs of the three legs of the natural born Citizen test. She is of course a basic Citizen at birth per the Wong Kim Ark legal decision by the U.S. Supreme Court of 1898, and as such she is eligible to be a U.S. Senator, but she is not a natural born Citizen at birth, and thus is NOT eligible to be President and Commander in Chief of our military or the Vice President, per our U.S. Constitution. She inherited multiple allegiances at birth due to her parents being foreign nationals living in the USA when she was born. Senator Kamala Harris did not have sole allegiance and unity of citizenship at birth to the USA and only the USA.

Political Office Requirement
The phrase "natural-born citizen" appears in the U.S. Constitution. In order to become the President or Vice President of the United States, a person must be a natural-born citizen. This "Natural-Born Citizen Clause" is located in Section 1 of Article 2 of the United States Constitution.
The constitution does not expressly define natural born nor has the Supreme Court ever ruled precisely upon its meaning. One can be a citizen while not being a "natural born" citizen if, for example, that person gained citizenship through the process of naturalization.
Under the 14th Amendment's Naturalization Clause and the Supreme Court case of United States v. Since she was born here and got her citizenship by that and not through naturalization (I E. Applying to be a citizen and getting accepted) then seems to me she's as "natural born" of a citizen as one can be.
