Welcome to the King of Fighters 2020 (NOT MERCS) Simulated Character Battle Tournament!

The game is simple. The two* listed characters are placed in an (imaginary) location with a variety of (imaginary) environments, kind of like a picture in a child's schoolbook that describes different types of geological features. Within a ten mile radius, there is an (imaginary) urban downtown, exurbs, plains, snow-clad mountains at the edge, dry plains, etc. Fighters start wherever is most appropriate for them, but feel increasingly compelled to seek out their opponent and fight. Strong-willed fighters can try to hold out in their chosen environment for longer... eventually, all will succumb and actively search for the other to battle.

To participate, just vote in bold for whichever character you believe will win. Giving reasoning is optional, but please be polite and read what others have said and carefully make your decision. I'll ping the nominators (they can opt out) to give arguments if they wish.

Ocelot would probably shoot out one of its tires without much trouble. LDoF Ocelot would somehow shoot out all of its tires with the same bullet, and then the fuel tank just to show off.

Bugs as canon indicators of strength is why Thunderbull was nominated, right? I don't know anything about this version of Ocelot though. Apparently he can just fire anywhere and have it go wherever he wants, but what are his reaction times? He can probably handle a normal truck bearing down on him, but if Thunderbull goes at glitchy speed...

Let's assume Big Rig glitches are canon feats for Thunderbull. Is there any evidence that Thunderbull could hit Ocelot? Presumably the lack of any collision detection is also canon, and since the fighters can't interact with each other the match would end in a draw. But if Thunderbull is capable of hitting things, then the ridiculous speed feats are also meaningless as it won't be able to build up that much speed without crashing. Seems like if this match is an actual fight, it'll be an easy win for Ocelot.

Unless you assume that it doesn't exist in spacetime, the truck would have arbitrarily high (infinite, but let's not break things too much) energy density and thus would have extremely high gravity. Even without saying it literally becomes a black hole, Thunderbull would be able to rip Ocelot apart via tidal forces
