Well look at Bill Gates, he can't just walk around town and get an ice cream and eat it on a park bench and enjoy the ducks. He'd be mobbed by idiots asking for money

seems like you'd become lonely at that point

He could just buy the park. And the ice cream parlor.

This. I can see other relatable issues where it would be hard to see who your real friends are

You can possibly become disconnected from normal life, even your friends and family.
It could potentially lead to its own set of stress and mental problems depending on circumstances.
You cannot trust that people like you for you.
You could become a potential target in public, either for harm or just begging.
You'll be socially judged for all you do if you're famous-rich.

Well beyond a certain point there will be diminishing returns for that extra money leading to extra happiness. That tends to kick in once you have enough for food, a home and a few luxuries.

instead youll just have the downsides where you dont know if your girlfriend and friends are into you for your money. Also I assume you would have had to work a lot of overtime or made other sacrifices to make that money. That could have been spent with friends and family instead.

youre a bad person if you have more money than you can reasonably ever use

of course, to get that much money, you generally have to compromise your morals anyways

This. Becoming rich heavily insulates you from any negative consequences, and having more money may actually make you want more money more than you would if you didn't have any. It's basically addictive and has a tendency to amplify selfishness and greed. These factors are even worse if the only people you hang out with are also rich: you basically completely lose sight of what it's like to not be fabulously wealthy, and that makes you terrible.

The best way to avoid that happening is just living among normal people and probably going and volunteering at a soup kitchen in your spare time to help keep yourself grounded and in touch with what it's like to not be obscenely wealthy.

These are pretty much the main ones. So long as you spend responsibly and aren't careless with how much or to whom you give money, you should be fine.
