Strife2 08/18/20 11:37:20 AM #55:	Lufia 2, and it is a crime that franchise just kinda...died. The attempt to remake it was haphazard, and really drove home just how insanely good Lufia 2 was. The puzzles were great "without random encounters...THANK CHRIST. The battle system was simple yet robust in tactical usage. But for me, the writing and banter between the characters was the right mix of gravitas and snark. You just didn't see that kind of back and forth sitcom-esque comedic dialogue from. JRPGs back then. Created entire custom teams (Before you could just make every player 99 overall...there was skill to crafting players) and ran seasons with a friend in multiplayer.
