They submitted to the FDA for emergency use authorization (EUA) about ten days ago. They also have a critical/severe trial with ~185 people enrolled worldwide. At 195 enrolled, the company + FDA will conduct an interim analysis, which will probably lead to the drug's approval for critical patients with severe symptoms. CYDY's Leronlimab also has indications in a dozen other diseases, including HIV, cancer, and NASH.
