He is a guy with great ideas but has no real political ability and idea of how to act like one.

Literally take his ideas and put it from Mitt Romney or a Kasich or a Bush or etc, and the election is a landslide. The entire backlash to Trump is based on his demeanor and weird talking mannerisms. His inability to read a room and know when not to say something etc.

The nightmare scenario is that Trump wins Election Day voting/counting but Biden wins the election because of mail-in voting/some states just being slow af because we've already seen how Trump and the GOP have reacted to that in the midterms.

Just another reason we really need Biden to win in a landslide, honestly. Which is yet another BS double-standard the left has to face but ugh.

While that is certainly a bad scenario, I'd say that the nightmare scenario is that Trump actually wins...!

Also when I was looking up the Markey/Kennedy primary I noticed the GOP results; Shiva Ayadurrai, the guy who has spent his entire life insisting he invented email because he wrote a program called EMAIL as a teenager when email already existed, lost!

The United States has the strongest economy in the entire world. We could, if we so chose, to do a great many things.

We don't need to spend so much on defense spending, for example. Not that we need less military, a separate issue, but the fact that a lot of it is wasteful.

There's no reason to tack on "he's mentally unfit" on top of that. Doing so just allows for more "both sides"-ing with Trump, and "both sides" arguments only ever benefit the lesser option by dragging their opponent down. Which is exactly why Russia might want to have their trolls on social media push that narrative.

I don't think Biden is in mental decline. He's in a major political race, and he's always been pretty prone to gaffes. Do I still think we could've done better? Absolutely. But I'm not particularly worried about his mental faculties. Especially because I think if they were to falter, we'd just get President Harris, and IMO that'd actually be better.
