The keypoints was that he got into a scuffle with the police, where multiple offers tazed him and had him on the ground but he broke free, walked away from them as they had their guns out demanding he comply with them, and then reached into his car before getting shot. He also had a knife in his hand which explains why the police kept following him at a distance while he strutted around his car instead of tackling him back down to the ground. This is important it explains why the police acted in the manner they did and why a lot of people don't believe this protest for Blake. Even his mother apologized to Trump over it on CNN.
