Isn't that the same scene?
Edit: I looked up the clip. Jessica Rabbit wasn't there when the shoe got dissolved. Somehow I thought the reaction and the shoe scene to demonstrate what it did happened at the same time.

Yes. But it's better if you buy sour cream and Lipton soup mix and make your own, as opposed to just buying crappy store-brand pre-made.

Also, as a fun-fact most people don't know, you can add a touch of extra zest to your onion dip if you buy Lipton Onion Mushroom soup instead, as the mushroom gives it a slight extra taste.

The shoe scene is in the beginning of the movie. It's right after Roger is accused of murder, and we're introduced to Judge Doom. The shot of him dipping the shoe serves two purposes:

a) To establish dip as the only way to permanently kill a toon

b) To establish just how much of a monster Doom is

The scene where Jessica yells is at the very end, in the climatic final scene.
