Many products found in america have been made using Uighur slave labor. 83 companies according to this source

Although I own some of these products/brands I will never purchase something new from them again. According to the International Labor Office 4 out of every 1000 people in asia is a slave or being used for forced labor. Why aren't more talking about this? This is where capitlism gets us everytime. Companies export manufacturing to the cheapest source of labor. Trade agreements are designed to also prevent the sort of exploitation we now see all over. In addition to sanctioning these countries we need to seriously, heavily, fine these companies. There should be punitive action taken, where corporations have to finance a third party organization that makes the world aware of these issues and how corporations are complicit.

Funny how it's all the overpriced luxury brands that use slave labor.

And the only thing I own on that list is a pair of sketches and I don't plan to buy anymore sketchers cause I only bought them for a job I no longer work.

So these fancy places are using slave labor but they still charge us crazy amounts of money. For those who don't care about the slavery, you should be moved by that.

Lets go. I have a personal list. Let's start with PG&E who were found to be guilty of starting the camp fire which killed 90 people. Then we move to Nestle for a countless list of atrocities. Lock up everyone on the board of executives now and who have served for the last 25 years. That should keep everyone busy until lunch time.

China's our largest trading partner, they've got 4x our population and they've got nuclear missiles. I can't see an actual war going well for anyone, even if we have the stronger military.
