Through my teens and early 20s I used to be able to nap for an hour or two mid-day. Felt great and I was always invigorated and refreshed afterwards.

it sucks cause I somehow lost that ability. Now I gotta compensate for all the lost energy with coffee. Which Im not exactly mad at, since Im a massive coffee slut, but still, I miss naps. >_>

theres no point to this topic except ranting. Heres a Sonic Adventure meme to compensate you for your time lol

I've literally never felt better after a nap. I've felt really tired and wanted one, but I've never woken up from a nap feeling anything but miserable.

I don't understand nappers.

if I go for a nap it ruins my entire day. I wake up in a hazy mess of confusion and anxiety because it's 8pm, it's dark, I think it's midday, everything is quiet and odd and I just want to have lunch but it's past dinner time.

re: not feeling good after a nap

for me, I get mentally tired often. Even if my body isnt exhausted, my mind is half asleep. Naps usually help me restore that mental energy.

i could just exercise to tire myself out, but then the adrenaline just wakes my mind up after tiring my body so Im in effectively the same predicament. Too tired to do anything but too alert to fall asleep lol
