Adding I do have a irl spouse which is the one I talk about on PotD. What do they think about it? (I think I saw you asking about people with SOs what they thought about it.) It's just one of those things, I'm weird. I've been weird since before I met them, a fact they're aware of, and I'll be weird until I die. They're also weird. It works. To comment about some of the delusional comments, I mean I guess to some extent. I personally think delusional might be being misused, and that has to do more with the understanding of fiction vs reality which one can actually have and be a part of the whole waifu/husbando thing. I've known quite a few people who are overall well adjusted and know the difference but dabble in it.
