I'm not fond of term limits, personally, but that doesn't mean that I believe they should be abolished via extra-legal means. Particularly given the power of the American Presidency: a president who unilaterally overrode that provision would be a dictator, full-stop. And yes, Trump literally means he, himself, getting another term, because he is the only person who matters. As long as he is president, he is Important, and people have to Pay Attention to him, and he can't be sued or held accountable for his crimes. He wants to stay president for as long as possible, but, thankfully, he's incompetent, uniquely skilled at alienating people around and beneath him, and, above all, lazy.
